Let’s Talk Ethics — In discussions regarding Magick, I often will ask, “So, what are you practicing?” I get some very interesting comments, but I would like to bring to attention one in particular that recurs, “Nothing. I personally don’t know why this High/Low stuff has EVER caught on because in my mind it makes it seems like it tries to make one look like it is better than the other and it’s not so. Why do you keep misspelling Magick? This is actually one of those “old school” terms that is not used so often anymore. Magic (without the k) was reserved for stage magic which is an art that was greatly hidden from public understanding. Tah Dah! Pulling a rabbit out of the hat! Magick (with a k) refers to old-fashioned, nothing up the sleeves, no logical way to explain it cause I just did it Magick!
