Protections are mentioned, but I find in actuality, most seekers do not put the amount of attention into it as they should. Seers – Scanning, Discernment, Probing, and Pushing

Seers, generally, but not all, have a tendency to keep a psychic ear open to the environment around them. It is described in many ways, such as “scoping for signs”, “observing energy patterns”, etc. The active practice of this is called SCANNING. It is as if you are using psychic fingers to gently touch things around you for a general impression. Scanning is a critical function for adept Seers. Spiritual Depression

It is not discussed much, but in my personal experience, I think the community has more incidences of depression. Why? I can’t say for sure, but I think it comes from a few main factors: (1) Injured people come looking for answers that society cannot help with, such as “Why me?” “Does God hate me so much?”, etc. or they are they feel that they are outcasts for some reason, such as lifestyle preferences. On Ritual Baths

A good ritual bath can be as fancy or simple as is meaningful for you. The main point is that you are incorporating the four elements to heal, purify and release negativity from you and your aura. So, focus is the most important thing. At it’s simplest, you can just use (earth) salt, (air) a little incense (stick, cone, or charcoal and loose herbs), (fire) the candle flame over the top of the bath, and (water) the water in the tub, of course, lol.
